SWIM / RUN

The swim / run combination of activities allows kids to practice two skills combined in one event.

Held in Manly Warringah Memorial Park (Manly Dam) the Go – Aqua will be held in conjunction with the Go – Tri event.

Kids will swim in the designated swimming area of the dam which is one of the largest freshwater lakes in the Sydney metropolitan area and then run along the footpath that follows the scenic picnic areas.

Short – 100m swim / 700m run
Long – 200m swim / 1.3km run Event Schedule 7.00am Registration & Transition opens
