The Property Industry Foundation is an independent not-for-profit that is the charity of choice for the property and construction industry.

Tour de PIF is a National event that was first held in Sydney in 2009 and is now a marquee event in Sydney and Melbourne for the Foundation. The Tour de PIF event consists of a Bike ride across multiple distances, a run and a walk. For Sydney in 2024 the event will be offering three distances; 35km, 60km & 100km as well as a Fun Run including distances of 10km & 21km and a social fun walk of 10km .
